Why Qorvo®’s QM35825 SoC?
The FiRa 3.0 certified QM35 SDK provides essential UWB capabilities for ranging and sensing applications. Core ranging and Radar UWB operations for consumer applications are enabled through the standard FiRa UCI protocol.

What can be done with Qorvo®’s UWB QM35825DK-05?
Discover Qorvo®’s UWB technology using the Explorer App (Windows/macOS GUI).
Evaluate Qorvo®’s QM35825 rich feature set and performances using UWB Qorvo Tools and prototype custom applications.
Evaluate Qorvo® C UWB APIs (UCI & Qorvo®’s Cherry API), run sample applications on a RPi, and measure radio frequency performances and power consumption.
Integrate Qorvo® UWB SDK within custom Software Development Framework and develop custom UWB applications.
Update the QM35825 firmware image and develop custom manufacturing tests including RF calibration.
What’s needed to use the QM35825DK-05?
Windows PC or Mac with 2 USB-A ports to execute Qorvo®’s Explorer App.
Windows or Linux PC with 2 USB-A ports to use UWB Qorvo Tools.
Optional: Micro SD Card reader for upgrading the Raspberry Pi image to newer versions.
Note
QM35825DK-05 radio frontend is calibrated in factory and does not require any additional calibration. Calibration options and tools are provided for evaluation and testing purposes.
